If you are unable to personally bring in your unit for repair, you are more than welcome to send it in via a courier service. However we do advise that the item is sent in its original packaging .
Please be aware that Bose Bass modules are not able to be replaced if damaged in transit, so if you don't have the original packaging, please choose you method of courier and packaging carefully.
JLS Electronics Pty Limited takes no responsibility for loss or damage of any equipment sent in.
Here are some tips:
- It is important that pressure sensitive and fragile contents never touch the outer packaging or other contents directly. All contents should be well protected from sliding around.
- Make sure there is a sufficiently thick layer of padding around the product or each seperate item.
- If using polystyrene chips, fill in with one layer and then shake the box to distribute the chips, repeat until the box is full.
