We have a very standard and simple repair policy at JLS Electronics, a $66.00 fee payable upon booking your equipment in, if the repair cost is below $250.00 +GST ( per item ) then the repair will be automatically carried out without notification to the customer. If the repair exceeds $250.00 + GST, then we will contact the customer with an estimate
All professional audio equipment is prioritised upon booking in as we understand the importance of the equipment in the the running of your business.
