As the preferred Victorian Service Centre, we are continually attending authorised training seminars provided by Bose Australia. This keeps us up to date with the latest model releases and always ensures that we as a service centre can service and repair all aspects of your Bose equipment competently.
Please take time to read your Bose warranty card, as there has been quiet a lot of confusion in the past. Many retailers have been giving the impression that there is a five year warranty on Bose equipment. The only Bose equipment that is covered by a five year warranty is the passive speaker range. If your equipment has any electronics ( eg. it plugs into power ) the warranty is 12 months.
