Basic Audio Equipment Service Procedure.
We have a very standard and simple repair policy at JLS Electronics, a $88.00 booking fee is payable upon booking in your repair, we will evaluate it and provide you with an estimate if the repair cost is more than $250 ( Bose Home theatre, Home theatre receivers, amplifiers, Subwoofers and pro audio ) ,the booking fee is deducted from the total repair cost.
Smaller items such as headphones, cd players, dvd / bluray players , domestic speakers, a $66.00 booking fee is payable upon booking in your repair, we will evaluate it and provide you with an estimate if the repair cost is more than $150, the booking fee is deducted from the total repair cost.
Sim2 and Infocus projectors ,a booking fee is $99.00, an estimate will be provided if repair exceeds $500
High End Audio Equipment Service Procedure ( eg; Arcam,Krell, Musical Fidelity)
Booking fee $99.00, an estimate be provide if the repair exceeds $500
All repairs are covered by a three month warranty. This includes replaced parts and labour. Failure of a different nature during the warranty will only attract a $66.00 plus parts charge.
This warranty is not applicable where the manufacturers warranty applies.
Warranty does not apply to cleaning or servicing of any nature.
